“Finale”, it is actually a mistake! For now I can only say that finale of my Clinical Pharmacology rotation. While Clinical Pharmacology life, can never be finish! Every day, we have new drugs produced, and at the same time, some drugs are withdrawn from market. Some drugs which have history of more than century are still been use right now and of course some modifications had been done.
What I have learned most from this rotation is “I’m more than busy”, “I’ve to fly from place to place” in order to get the things done. As we all know, almost all patients need drugs, and drugs needed to monitor to ensure the best performance and compatibility pharmacologically and chemically to patient.
So as a physician job, it never becomes easy.
Okay, let’s report what is happening here in my place. We had 2 days continuous raining!

Small little ponds are formed everywhere. The temperature dropped till 2 degree Celsius! It is so cold, especially during spring.
Besides, Mass Rail Transport Kursk is doing their renovation of their rails. It causes severe traffic congestion in Kursk, 1st time I saw this after I have been here for more than 5 years. They chose the ‘right’ time to renovate at this time, renovate during raining week.
Tomorrow we are going to start 2nd part of our tropical biology rotation. It studies about worms! I not so interested in those worms, too many information to memorized.
Got to go now to continue my time with those worms…
