The 2nd stuff that I ordered to eBay 1 month ago finally got the news today. According to the Russian Post office tracking center, my stuff reached Kursk on 10 of November. But till today (21 of November), they haven’t deliver it to me, nor the slip for retrieving parcel.
Today after class, I went to the post office that I used to collect my parcel. I ask them about the status of my parcel, they checked the number and told me that they didn’t receive my parcel from Kursk Sorting Center yet, and in this whole week there are no parcels for my hostel. Went back home, and asked my seller to trace the item, but they can’t do anything.
Later in the evening, I went down to my hostel to buy something. Before that I went to guard house to check again whether there is any parcel slips or letters. YES there are LETTERS!! But there are the parcel slips? Normally they will put the parcel slips on top of the letters, but this time, they put underneath the letter. Quickly took the parcel slips and check for my parcel, hopefully can get the slip.. YES! Finally I got the parcel slip, but this is not from the post office I used to collect parcel, it is from other post office. I check through the parcel slips, to check my friends’. And I found another parcel slip for myself. It is also for the stuff that I ordered from eBay.

I check the parcel slip carefully and found out that the 1st parcel slip was issued on 11th of November, but they didn’t deliver the parcel slip to my hostel. And I check the 2nd parcel slip, it is the “2nd notification”, issued on 17th of November. And only until today, they delivered the slips to my hostel.
From here, you can see how ‘effective’ is the Russian Post. =P
Tomorrow I’m going to collect my parcel, hope that it is still there. 
Malaysian post system is not much difference..
