Yesterday we had a meeting together with the MMC Senior Members. We discussed lots of issues which we are going to have back home next year.
They came here not as simple as meeting with us, but also to re-evaluate the status of all Medical Universities in Russia. The last evaluation was done in year 2001, so it is a good time for them to re-evaluate the Status. Re-evaluation NOT ONLY carried out in RUSSIA, but also the other countries like UK, AUSTRALLIA, NEW ZEALAND and lots more. While for the local medical universities, they are not excluded. Re-evaluation is done to ensure the “standard” of the degree.
They also visited some classes and hospitals. One of the Senior Member of MMC announced that the standard of teaching is like POST-GRAD! Means we are more than that!

That is good comment.. the one about being more than post grad. I think everywhere also got pros and cons. A few rotten eggs spoil the whole basket. Let us strive for excellence!
