Confirmation
August 11th, 2008I had my Confirmation (入会) done yesterday in Chin Daw Methodist Church by Rev. Mok. So now I’m the member of the Church!
Maybe many people not understand what ‘Confirmation’ is. Don’t worry, you can find it here.

At night, all of us were invited for a small gathering dinner at Church. We had steamboat, and of course chit chat with the people who just got baptized and confirmed this morning, church leaders too.

The Dark Night
August 10th, 2008I think everyone in Sarawak knew what happened last night, we had ‘Giant Black Out’, forming The Dark Night! The supply was off at 6.30pm, the major cities in Sarawak are completely in DARK! Except those building with backup power supply, they can maintain the ‘light’
It was a Saturday night, many places were helding events, and they got to postponed their events. Some families who plan for shopping got to stay back at home waiting for the electricity supply come back.
How about me? I planned to buy my clothes for today’s comfirmation in Church, (last minute work).

Tried to capture the beautiful night sky, the stars is too beautiful, too bad! My camera not strong enough to capture such view. Regret didn’t get my SLR fast. Anyway, you still can see the small little stars, (sorry the noise is very high)
No Electricity? Nevermind, mobile phones are working!
The electricity supply came back at 9.15pm at my area and some other major cities. Some areas are ‘lucky’, they got the second strike!
My New Phone!~!~~
August 5th, 2008After months of research and waiting and surveying, finally took my 1st step to put my order for my new phone. Yes, definitely it is from Nokia, and Nseries!
The phone I’m waiting for is Nokia N96 which has the design like N81 and the features of N95. And also its ‘selling points’ features like you can watch TV programmes on your tiny phone, dual camera light, one for light assisting and another one for flash effects. And of course it’s outrageous storage! 16GB built in, and give you another chance to increase the storage capacity by inserting the MicroSD, it is MicroSDHC supported, which means you can get 64GB MicroSDHC in future and put it in and you will have total 80GB. KCBA ICT EXPO PC Fair, Kuching
August 1st, 2008August is just started! For those who live in Kuching, they all know that August will be interesting and ‘attractive’. Lots of events will be going on in conjunction with the celebration of ‘CITY’
PC Fair in Kuching starts from today till Sunday. We went to there this morning to grab the items and also to see how hot it is.

Yea! This is me, holding one of the latest DSLR from Canon EOS 450D, and also my dream Camera. The retail is RM 3329, but during PC Fair, it is only RM 2999, and the salesman promise to give me a special price if I buy from him. Free Gifts include 2 x 2GB SD Card, 2GB Pendrive, Limited Edition Canon Bag (only 40 available in Kuching), Professional Tripod, and lots more. I enjoy the time playing with this DSLR! Should I get it??? Please tell me, I SHOULD!
While Niny got her 4GB pendrive, she said she want to buy from this salesgirl. Do you know why? Because this girl is pretty and looks like the girl in Novel Front Cover! Too bad, she doesn’t want to show her face… Or else, better prepare your tissue paper!

My New Notebook Cooler
July 31st, 2008Yes! It is my New notebook cooler. My old one is made of Plastic which does not perform quite well in heat ‘absorption’. My new notebook cooler is made of full aluminium and magnesium. Both of them are good in heat ‘absorption’. Just that, they are ‘heavy’ too!!
I’ve tested it. My notebook bottom is comparatively cooler than before, but my notebook upper side still remain hot, because there it no cooler.

July 27th, 2008hoho…. My PR bar finally up from 0 to 1. Though it is only 1 rank increasement, it is better than nothing. Haha..
Several people had dropped their PR, result of poor contents or adv. And some of people remain and improve their PR. Good for them.
Hope www.myjoyfuldays.com can get better PR in future.
