If you’re a medical field related personnel, you might ask me what type of Shock. But in this case, I can’t tell you exactly which type of shock I had last night.
Around 9pm, Hostel Vice Dean came to each room and inform us that we (who stay in 3rd floor) will be EVACUATED next semester, because they want to renovate 3rd floor for new coming students. And each of us is assigned to new room.
This is a great opportunities for those who want to switch roommates, but from the last night “attacks” or “shock”, I found that most of them (98%) want to stay with their roommates again in their “new room”. No matter how much they hate (sometimes only 1 way) each other, but in the last moment aka emergency, they want to stay back with their roommates. From here, I can see that the “partnership” or “roommate-ship” which began 6 years ago is not as soft as cloud or cotton, but as firm as concrete.
Most of the people got their new assigned room, while my roommate and I haven’t, because there is no empty room to accommodate us, the vice dean tends to separate us, but we told him, we want to be in 1 room. So vice dean will find room for us, and the room number is unknown yet.
Please pray for us that we will get the room asap, and it is better that they only start renovate the rooms after we graduate. Thanks
Currently I’m still recovering from the shock..

Whoa, definitely a shock to me, if I were you. Actually, now that you mentioned I experienced that kind of shock during my college days. I stayed in 6 different units from 3 different blocks in a short span of 2 years. Horrendous.. end up I have phobia of moving. In fact, to count the number of times I have moved since my first move from Kuching.. family move already this is fourth house. College/uni already stayed in 8 or 9 different hostels/apartments.. CRAZY!
haha. that’s horrible..
Anyway, I still remember how happy it is when we moved into our 1st house.
so have u got the answer to which room yet?
